Shipping and returns
Shipping times vary depending on product availability. The delivery of the jewels purchased takes place from 48 hours to 7 days from the order confirmation date, depending on the availability of the product.

NOTICE OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURN
Except as otherwise provided for in the following paragraph and in the cases expressly provided for by art. 59, first paragraph, of D.Lgs. n. 206/2005 (Consumer Code), you have the right to withdraw from the contract, without indicating the reasons, within 14 days from when you or a third party appointed by you (i) received the product or (ii) in the case of purchase of several products delivered separately with one order, received the last product.

Returning costs are the customer’s liability.
The shipment is under the complete responsibility of the customer until the certificate of receipt in our warehouse and compliance with the pre-established requirements is certified. BLISS - C.D. S.p.A. is not responsible in any way for damage or theft / loss of goods returned by uninsured shipments.
If you decide to activate the right of withdrawal, you will be refunded the payments you have made, including delivery costs.
These refunds will be made using the same means of payment used for the initial transaction, unless it requires reimbursement on a different means of payment, in this case you will be charged for any additional costs arising from the different means of payment you choose. The refund is suspended until the receipt of the goods and until the demonstration by the Quality office that the goods have been delivered in accordance with the following points.
We remind you that the products must be returned in perfect condition, in particular:
1. The product and its packaging must be in the same condition as that in which they were received.
2. The document certifying the diamonds must be intact and in perfect condition.
3. The shopping bag shall be made in the same condition as it was received.
EXCLUSION OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
We inform you that according to art. 59, first paragraph, letter c) of D. Lgs. n. 206/2005 (Consumer Code), the right of withdrawal is excluded with regard to the supply of "tailor-made or clearly customized products". With reference to the above mentioned case of exclusion of the right of withdrawal, you are informed and agree that among the "tailor-made or clearly customized products" include the products indicated as customizable in the relevant information sheet, after their customization if requested by you.
DEFECT OR NON-CONFORMITY
If you have received a different product than the one ordered or damaged, please indicate this reason as a reason for returning the product during the online return request to be carried out in the same manner described in the previous paragraphs. You will be prompted to upload one or more images related to the defect found and you will receive a confirmation email with instructions to proceed with the shipment.
