Bliss thanks you for the purchase and informs you that should your new jewel be stolen by effect or as a result of robbery or theft, provided that you are wearing it at the time of the event, You will receive from Bliss a jewel having the same characteristics or, failing that, a jewel of the same purchase value as the one subtracted.

1. This guarantee:

1. is personal and therefore valid only if at the time of the event covered by this guarantee the object is owned and held by the buyer or his cohabiting family members;
2. includes events occurring in the Whole World;
3. is null and void in case of false and fraudulent request of the buyer;
4. covers cases of robbery and theft of worn jewellery (other cases are excluded: theft, loss, etc.);
5. is valid for jewellery of a value not exceeding EURO 5.000,00 (five thousand euro);
6. is valid for jewels made entirely of gold with a value of not less than EURO 200.00 (two hundred euro)
7. for guarantees issued exclusively at a physical Store and then in paper format, the certificate is valid only if the copy intended for the Broker of this certificate is sent within 30 days from the date of purchase to FUNK INTERNATIONAL S.p.A.
8. The guarantee shall not be effective between the date of purchase of the jewel and the date of dispatch of the certificate.

2. This guarantee is valid for 36 months from the date of dispatch of this certificate, by registered letter to FUNK INTERNATIONAL s.p.a. - MBE 2908 - via Maddalena 1, 20122 Milano and will automatically cease at the expiry of the aforementioned period.

The certificate can be activated in 3 ways:

1. IN A SINGLE-BRAND PHYSICAL STORE: By requesting a replacement certificate from the Bliss Boutique for all purchases made in the boutique, filling in the replacement certificate and sending it within 30 days from the date of purchase
2. IN A PHYSICAL STORE/AUTHORIZED RETAILER: Requesting the replacement certificate from AUTHORIZED DEALERS and Rocca Jewellers for purchases through these sales channels by filling in and sending the replacement certificate within 30 days from the date of purchase.

If one of the events covered by this guarantee occurs, within 7 days of the event under penalty of forfeiture of the guarantee, the buyer shall provide, together with the request for replacement, the following documentation by registered mail to FUNK INTERNATIONAL S.p.A. - C.so Garibaldi 24,15048 Valenza (AL) - Tel. 0131.942647 - Fax 0131.953234:

1. written and detailed complaint to the Judicial Authority competent for the territory in which the incident occurred;
2. a copy of this replacement certificate;
3. a copy of the registered dispatch note, where the certificate has been activated by means of paper documentation.
